We accept all major payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).

Address changes are only possible before your order is processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support immediately with your order ID to request a change. Once an order is dispatched, the address cannot be modified.

You can cancel your order at any time before it enters the "Shipped" status. Log into your account to check the order status or contact us with your order details for assistance with cancellation and refund processing.

Acceptable forms include secure online payments such as Visa, Mastercard, and Rupay cards, as well as bank transfers and various UPI methods for quick transactions. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

A normal order goes through three main steps: 1) Processing (order verification and packaging), 2) Shipped (handover to the courier), and 3) Delivered (received at your address). You will receive email notifications at each stage.

Please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order ID and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or a full refund as per our returns policy.

We strive to ship all products in a single package. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery times and better stock management.
