Refund policy

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible at mynutritioncomp@gmail.com. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds: As Instafarm Products is a consumable health product, we unfortunately do not accept returns to ensure product safety and hygiene for all our customers.

However, if:

You receive the wrong product
Your item is damaged during transit
Or the package is incomplete or tampered with

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the product or offer a full refund, depending on the situation.

  4. Delivery Days and Hours: Our courier partners are equipped to deliver your shipment from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Please note that delivery times exclude public holidays and Sundays.
